Our goal is to keep Niwot unincorporated. However, if Niwot incorporates, a Home Rule Charter Commission would write the town’s charter: its rules for taxes, spending and how it’s governed. We recommend voting for the following people to the charter commission; they are also against incorporation.

  1. Jim Thomas
  2. Ari Adler
  3. Michael DeLalla
  4. Patrick Mayne
  5. Sean Donovan
  6. Kathy M. Koehler
  7. Rodney Archer
  8. Mary Plese
  9. Carrie Wise
